1. Agreement to Terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses PaakiShop (paakishop.com), our POS, billing, inventory and accounting software, our online store and marketplace, and our mobile apps. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PaakiShop.

2. Who We Are

PaakiShop is a cloud software service run from Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp / phone at +92 312 3762039 or by email at support@paakishop.com.

3. Free Trial

New accounts get a free 3-day trial with full access. No payment is taken for the trial. When the trial ends, the paid features stop until you choose a plan and pay.

4. Plans and Prices

• Monthly plan: Rs. 6,000 per month.
• Yearly plan: Rs. 60,000 per year.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. If we change our prices, we will tell you before your next payment, and the change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

5. How Payment Works

You pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa and upload the payment receipt in your account. Your plan starts once we verify the payment. We do not charge your card or bank account automatically, so a plan never renews without you making a new payment.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can stop using PaakiShop at any time. If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Your Account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by staff users you add. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

8. Your Data

Your business data (products, sales, customers, accounts) belongs to you. We keep it separate from other businesses and do not sell it. You can export your data at any time. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not use PaakiShop for illegal goods, fraud, spam or to harm others. Do not try to break into other accounts or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

10. Marketplace

On the PaakiShop marketplace, buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. Each seller is responsible for their products, prices and delivery. We review sellers, but we cannot guarantee every item listed.

11. Service Availability

We work to keep PaakiShop available at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by such breaks, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email/WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
