Each item goes to a warehouse that can cover it. If none can, the line is split — largest stock first. Anything still short is highlighted in orange so you can act before loading.

The auto-split is a starting point, not a cage. Each item carries colour-coded chips with the stock of every warehouse:

What is an auto gate pass?
You pick a sale and PaakiShop looks at the stock in each of your warehouses. Every item is assigned to a godown that has it, split across two or more godowns when one cannot cover the quantity, and one gate pass per warehouse is created and printed together. Each storekeeper gets a slip with only their own items.
Can I change the warehouse PaakiShop chose?
Yes. Every item shows the stock of every warehouse as coloured chips. Click a chip to move the item there, split a line in two, change the quantity, add a note, or add an extra product before you create the gate passes.
What if part of an order is sent today and the rest later?
PaakiShop remembers what each invoice has already dispatched. When you open the same sale again, only the quantity still pending is shown, and the sales list marks it as partly done.
Can I upload the builty for a gate pass?
Yes. A photo or video of the transport builty can be attached to each gate pass as proof of loading, and the gate pass list shows which passes already have their builty.
Does PaakiShop charge extra for customization?
