Delivery Management Software for Pakistani Business
A sale is not finished when the bill is printed. It is finished when the goods reach the customer and the money reaches you. PaakiShop tracks that whole journey — whether you send your own rider, book a courier, or load a truck with a builty.

What actually goes wrong after the bill is made
Almost every shop in Pakistan bills well. The mess starts after the goods leave the counter. These are the five questions nobody can answer from a register or a WhatsApp group.
Nobody knows where the goods are
The customer phones and asks. Staff check the invoice book, then call the rider, then call the courier office. Ten minutes later the answer is still a guess.
The rider's cash never ties up
A delivery boy takes out eight parcels and brings back cash for six. Which two, how much each, and is it in the books? By evening nobody can reconstruct it.
Tracking numbers live in a notebook
The courier's CN number is written on a slip or a diary page. When the parcel is lost, there is no way to connect it back to the invoice or the customer.
No proof the goods were received
The customer says the order never came. You believe your rider. Without a signed slip, a builty or a photo, the argument ends in a discount.
Cash collected, ledger untouched
Money comes back with the rider but the receipt is entered days later, or never. The customer's balance shows udhaar that was already paid.
Failed deliveries are forgotten
A parcel that could not be delivered goes back into the godown and out of everyone's mind — until stock, accounts and the customer all disagree.

From bill to doorstep in five steps
Make the sale as usual
Bill the customer from POS or the invoice screen. Add the delivery charge on the invoice if you are charging for it — it posts to shipping income on its own.
Press Delivery
One button on the invoice. Choose rider, courier or transport — the form then asks only for what that method needs. The delivery address and phone come from the customer file.
Dispatch it
The goods leave, the status moves to dispatched, and the customer is told on WhatsApp — with the courier's tracking number when there is one.
Out for delivery
The customer gets the rider's name, number and the exact amount to keep ready. Fewer phone calls to your shop, fewer refused parcels.
Delivered — and booked
Mark it delivered and enter the cash collected. PaakiShop receipts it against the invoice, posts the journal, updates the customer's balance and adds it to the rider's cash in hand. Nothing is typed twice.
Sent automatically on dispatch, out for delivery, delivered and failed attempts.
The cash your rider brings back lands in your accounts
Delivery apps tell you a parcel was delivered. An accounting system needs to know the money arrived. PaakiShop is both, so marking a delivery delivered is also a receipt.
| Account | Debit | Credit |
|---|---|---|
| 1000 Cash in Hand | 18,500.00 | — |
| 1100 Accounts Receivable — Ahmed Traders | — | 18,500.00 |
| Balanced | 18,500.00 | 18,500.00 |
A real payment, not a note
The receipt appears in Payments Received, on the customer's ledger, and in the day's cash book.
Invoice balance updates itself
Paid, partially paid or still owing — the invoice status follows the cash, so udhaar reports stay honest.
Rider cash in hand
You can see how much money each rider is holding right now, against the limit you set for them.
Overpayment refused
If a rider hands back more than the invoice owed, the extra is flagged instead of being booked as revenue.
Every delivery has one honest status
A delivery can only move the way real life moves. It cannot jump from returned back to pending, and a delivered order cannot quietly be edited away. Every change is stamped with who did it and when.

We Customize According to Your Need and Requirements
No two businesses run the same way, so we do not hand you a fixed box. Tell us how your shop, factory, restaurant or distribution works, and we set the software up around it — your invoice and receipt design, your stock and unit rules, your tax settings, your staff rights, and the exact reports you want to open every morning. Need a feature that is not there yet? We build it. We customize according to your need and requirements, in English or Urdu, with local support on WhatsApp.
